Summary: First room smelled like a fish cleaning factory and the smoke alarm kept beeping every minute. Switched to another room accessible by an elevator that seemed to be from a haunted house.

Summary: Check in and check out was fast, convenient they have a very nice lady at the desk. Initially the room was conveniently located to the pool and breakfast bar and looked clean but had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was extremely small and all of the fixtures are in need of some good maintenance because the rusty towel rods and dangling shower head do not shout out that someone cares. Shower did not drain well either and came with a fabric curtain which we can all just assume probably doesn’t get sanitized…ever! Beds were tidy looking but uncomfortable and slanted to the outsides as one of my children actually fell out at night and the struggle to stay in was definitely real. Sheets were not clean and had staining that we only discovered the next morning unfortunately, same with the bathroom towels. The convenience of the room (main floor) turned out to be the worst location because as soon as 5:30 am rolled around, there was tv’s blaring next door , smoke detectors going off because neighbours burnt bacon and slamming doors in the hallway. Now this might not happen to everybody but the fact is that the walls stop no noise whatsoever, should be a consideration for any hotel stay because it’s not fun being woken up 3 hours earlier then you’ve planned. Breakfast bar has lots of choices to choose from but be cautious because 90% of it may or may not taste worse then just eating cardboard for breakfast. I can’t recommend and will not stay again. Thanks

Summary: Decent place but could use an over haul. Stains on the carpets and our tub jets didn't work. Beds weren't that comfortable either.
